7-day refund request period: Spanish Survival offers sold through Hotmart are configured with a 7-day refund request period from the purchase date. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

Digital-product refunds

Spanish Survival Starter and Full are one-time digital purchases with no recurring subscription charge. Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase for these offers, subject to the terms shown at checkout, Hotmart's applicable rules and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

How to request a refund

For purchases processed through Hotmart, buyers can use Hotmart's refund flow or the options available in their Hotmart purchase account. The transaction number from the purchase confirmation may be required.

Processing

Approved refunds are generally returned through the applicable payment method according to the payment provider's processing rules and timelines. Card issuers, banks and local payment methods may take additional time to display the credit.

Duplicate or unrecognized charges

If you believe you were charged twice, do not recognize a transaction, or have a billing problem, contact Hotmart through the purchase-support options and contact Spanish Survival support at david.ssp2017@gmail.com.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory refund, cancellation or consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction.
