Spanish Survival is a digital educational product designed to practice practical Spanish through interactive exercises, audio and related materials. It is not a promise of fluency or any specific professional, immigration, academic or personal result.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into this purchase in your jurisdiction. If you are not legally able to do so independently, a parent or legal guardian must make or authorize the purchase.

3. License and access

Your purchase provides a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, scrape, reproduce at scale, share account access, or commercially exploit the product without written permission.

4. Plans and entitlements

Access depends on the plan and offer purchased. Starter, Full, upgrade packs and conversation expansions may unlock different missions, files or features. The checkout page and purchase confirmation control the specific entitlement included in your order.

5. Payments

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes or local charges may apply. Payment processing is handled by Hotmart or another checkout provider. Their payment and purchase terms also apply to the transaction.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the guarantee or refund period displayed at checkout, the checkout provider's applicable terms, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. See our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious code, abuse support channels, impersonate another person, or use the product in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

The product's original lessons, interface, text, audio arrangement, exercises, visual assets and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, platforms and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, correct or replace parts of the product. Temporary interruptions can occur for maintenance, hosting, authentication or third-party-service issues.

10. Educational disclaimer

Learning outcomes depend on prior knowledge, consistency, practice, context and individual differences. We do not guarantee that every learner will reach a particular level or be able to handle every real-world conversation.

11. Limitation and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
